Wilde read by Classic Poetry Aloud:
--------------------------------------------- from The Ballard of Reading Gaol
He did not wear his scarlet coat,
He walked amongst the Trial Men
I never saw a man who looked
I walked, with other souls in pain,
Dear Christ! the very prison walls
I only knew what hunted thought
Yet each man kills the thing he loves
Some kill their love when they are young,
Some love too little, some too long,
He does not die a death of shame
